Join Lilly as the Regional Market Access Manager, focusing on expanding access across Western Canada. Leverage your expertise to engage with crucial stakeholders and optimize product availability.
Reporting to the Director of Field Market Access, you'll be responsible for developing key relationships with provincial payers from jurisdictions including British Columbia and Alberta. Work closely with internal teams like Corporate Affairs and Marketing to ensure successful access strategies through effective negotiation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with priority payers
• Support strategic pricing negotiations and market entry
• Prepare compelling mandate submissions and documentation
• Analyze market data to guide access strategies
• Collaborate with teams to enhance overall market access
Requirements:
• Background in market access or health economics
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Thorough understanding of provincial healthcare landscapes
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Capable of executing projects independently and collaboratively
