Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end proposal strategy development

• Facilitate Go/No-Go evaluations with business leaders

• Develop capture plans and win themes

• Ensure compliant and high-quality proposals

• Conduct competitor and market research

Requirements:

• 8+ years leading strategic proposal development

• Strong understanding of RFP processes

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and proposal tools

• APMP and/or PMP certification is an asset
