Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations and Finance teams to clarify expectations

• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Process invoice payments according to company policies

• Prepare tracking files and status updates for operations

• Identify process gaps and recommend automation improvements

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or Technical certificate required

• 5-7 years of relevant experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

• Strong commitment to inclusion and teamwork

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams effectively
