Elevate operational excellence with RBC as an Associate Director of Operational Resilience & BCM Governance. Lead enterprise-wide business continuity management initiatives and enhance risk practices across platforms.
The ideal candidate will support the strategic direction of the Operational Resilience and BCM team within the Chief Controls Office. This full-time role involves 7-10 years of experience in BCM, risk management, and operational resilience specifically in complex financial settings. You will work closely with business unit leaders to promote standardized BCM methods and drive consistency in risk practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage BCM procedures and quality assurance across platforms
• Design and deliver comprehensive BCM training programs
• Conduct defect tracking and improve BCM artifacts
• Partner with leaders to embed business continuity practices
• Prepare reports on BCM program health and metrics
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in BCM or operational resilience
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for BCM
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Proven capability in quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with BCM tools for reporting
