- Title :
Consulting Lead - Process Transformation (Commercial Banking) - Location – Toronto Downtown, client office 2-3 days to office
- nLead Design Thinking workshops and process discovery sessions to solve complex business challenges
- .Apply human-centered design principles to identify pain points and create innovative solutions
- .Facilitate ideation, co-creation, and future-state visioning across cross-functional teams
- nAssess and map current-state processes, customer journeys, and operating models
- .Design future-state processes that improve efficiency, customer and colleague experiences, and business performance
- .Apply Lean and process excellence methodologies to simplify, standardize, and optimize workflows
- tIdentify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and automation to enhance productivity, decision-making, and client experiences
- .Partner with business, technology, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes and operating models
- eLeverage deep understanding of Commercial Banking products, services, and operational processes
- .Partner with Commercial Banking stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and improve end-to-end client and employee experiences
- .Apply industry knowledge, regulatory considerations, and market trends to shape future-state process design and operational strategies
- nInfluence senior leaders and drive alignment across business and technology organizations
- .Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases aligned to strategic priorities
- .Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovatio
