Product Manager for AI Solutions

As an individual contributor at STAN, you'll be at the forefront of building a cutting-edge platform. With 2-4 years of product management experience, you will own features from discovery to launch while actively engaging with users to inform product direction. This role requires analytical skills and a design sensibility to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and ship product features from PRDs to launches

• Conduct user interviews to synthesize feedback

• Collaborate with engineers in daily standups and reviews

• Maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap support

• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and iterate

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in product management, preferably SaaS

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience with product analytics tools

• Strong UI/UX design sensibility

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
