At MaintainX, we serve over 13,000 clients, including major brands like Duracell and Shell. We seek a Senior Product Manager to optimize the Work Planning capabilities of our platform.

Your role will involve driving preventive maintenance, ensuring execution-ready work orders, and pioneering automated planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end preventive maintenance systems

• Manage the journey from work request to execution-ready orders

• Develop enriching planning experiences with historical data

• Define metrics for effective planning performance

• Collaborate with Sales to expand large accounts

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in product management experience

• Expertise in building configurable systems for enterprises

• Ability to navigate cross-team dependencies

• Experience in greenfield product discovery

• Strong leadership skills to inspire design and engineering teams
