ROLE OBJECTIVE

As an Insights Analyst, you'll work with market and client data to uncover actionable insights that help organizations better understand their customers, markets, and opportunities. You'll collaborate with teams across Insights, Sales, Account Management, and Analytics Projects to deliver high-quality analyses, presentations, and recommendations for clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is curious, analytical, and interested in combining data, storytelling, and business strategy. As analytics continues to evolve through AI and automation, you'll have the opportunity to learn new tools and approaches that enhance analysis and client impact.

What You'll Do
  • Apply segmentation and geodemographic methodologies to analyze client and market data, uncover insights, and support business decision‑making.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings, client discussions, and follow‑up activities.
  • Prepare and validate client data for analysis.
  • Create reports, presentations, and other client‑ready deliverables.
  • Present findings in a clear, engaging, and business‑focused manner.
  • Collaborate with Insights, Sales, Account Management, and Analytics Projects teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Respond to client questions and provide support following project delivery.
  • Contribute ideas that improve workflows, processes, and deliverable quality.
What We’re Looking For

Education:

post‑secondary degree in Geography, Social Sciences, Business or related field.

Experience:

recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co‑op placements, or summer positions.

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behaviour, market trends, and the factors that influence decision‑making.
  • Ability to synthesize information and identify meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
  • Interest in working directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; exposure to or interest in analytical and AI tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, VS Code, etc.) is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
