Senior Sustainability Strategist Position

Become the Senior Strategist for Program Expansion & Integration at the University of Toronto and lead transformative sustainability initiatives. This full-time, term role is essential for advancing the university's sustainability efforts.

In this impactful position, you will closely collaborate with the Director of CECCS and university leaders to enhance the reach and integration of the Sustainability Pathways Program. Your experience will guide the development of strong partnerships, facilitate strategic discussions, and identify opportunities to promote sustainability across the university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct consultations for sustainability program strategies

• Assist the Director and Vice-Provost with Pathways initiatives

• Facilitate impactful sessions to generate actionable strategies

• Deliver presentations to engage institutional stakeholders

• Assess and recommend integration needs in various units

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields

• 8-10 years in progressively responsible positions

• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives

• Effective relationship-building and communication skills

• Familiarity with academic programming and curriculum development
