Senior Product Manager at TELUS

Your role encompasses driving initiative success, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance product value. You will also manage marketing strategies aimed at increasing attach rates and improving customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Device Protection attach rates and enhance customer experience

• Present KPIs to stakeholders and leadership regularly

• Own marketing programs and go-to-market strategies

• Collaborate with sales, digital, and client experience teams

• Communicate product value propositions to various stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience

• Proficient in Profit & Loss understanding

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience with partner management is preferred

• Bachelor's degree, MBA is an asset
