Reporting to the Director of Benefits, this position requires strong analytical skills and 2-3 years of experience in related roles. You will assist with governance of benefit plans, analyze market practices, and enhance reporting metrics. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will support ongoing benefits administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in management of group benefit programs
• Evaluate and benchmark rewards programs for effectiveness
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support benefits budgeting and forecasting activities
• Develop key metrics and reporting dashboards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in related analytical positions
• Bachelor's in Finance, Statistics, or similar
• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI desirable
