Senior Business Continuity Advisor, Capital Markets

This role requires a seasoned professional to ensure business lines excel in preparedness while adhering to policy and regulatory standards. You’ll lead a team, coordinate incident management, and support critical functions in Capital Markets, Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a senior advisor to executives during crises

• Test and validate continuity plans regularly
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in financial services, 2 years in operational risk
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in dynamic environments
• Preferred knowledge of OSFI, DORA, and Capital Markets
Drive critical initiatives in crisis management and business continuity for RBC in Toronto.
