Key Responsibilities:

• Own product vision and strategic roadmaps from inception

• Lead development initiatives with deep customer discovery

• Ensure alignment among engineering and design teams

• Partner with GTM on positioning and market strategies

• Define key performance metrics for product health

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management; 3+ at Senior PM level

• Experience in launching complex financial products

• Strong understanding of data security and regulatory compliance

• Excellent influencing skills across organizational levels

• Proven clarity in fast-paced decision-making
