As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in capital markets operations to transform the trade lifecycle for our clients.

Your role will include evaluating existing processes, designing operational models, and engaging technology teams to implement automated solutions. You will communicate findings with confidence, manage project work streams, and contribute to business development efforts while coaching junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate front-to-back trade flows for automation opportunities

• Design current and future-state operating models

• Collaborate with technology teams to develop automated solutions

• Conduct interviews and synthesize findings into recommendations

• Manage project work streams and mentor junior colleagues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in management consulting or related Financial Services roles

• Strong knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle

• Understanding of broker-dealer operational structures

• Familiarity with regulatory and operational change initiatives

• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
