Senior Analyst - Business Process Optimization

This position is for a Senior Business Process Analyst on a 24-month contract in Toronto. You'll lead the design and implementation of efficient processes, support data capabilities, and partner with stakeholders to optimize core business functions. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the efficiency and scalability of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business analysis and process transformation activities

• Work with stakeholders to align strategic requirements and objectives

• Lead delivery of initiatives involving automation and data integration

• Identify process standardization and optimization opportunities

• Convert business needs into testable, actionable requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar discipline

• Proven experience in process transformation methodologies

• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights

• Project management foundation, especially within Agile

• Familiarity with change management norms
