We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support parking development initiatives in a hybrid role. This position emphasizes data analysis, operational reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with teams in Operations, Finance, and IT. Your expertise will help in developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and making informed recommendations based on operational data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational, financial, and customer data for insights

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports

• Support requirements gathering and business process documentation

• Coordinate project activities and monitor implementation timelines

• Assist with user acceptance testing and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

• 3+ years in business analysis or data analysis roles

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Experience with Power BI or SAP is an asset
