Senior Director, Business Management at RBC

Shape strategy and drive impact at RBC as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning & Business Management. Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and execute innovative business strategies.

This senior role directly supports the Senior Vice President within the Office of the CEO and collaborates with the RBC Thought Leadership Team. You will strategically plan and execute initiatives, foster external partnerships, and implement governance structures to align with enterprise goals. A strong mix of strategic thinking and operational excellence is essential for managing the RBC Thought Leadership annual plan and driving superior portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives within RBC Thought Leadership team

• Negotiate partnerships with key industry players

• Create governance and decision-making procedures

• Produce management reporting for senior meetings

• Develop business continuity plans and coordinate responses

Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategy and business management

• High emotional intelligence and executive presence

• Strong skills in negotiation and influencing

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous cross-functional project implementation experience
