As an experienced Senior Staff Product Manager, you will lead the vision and roadmap for Kaseya's IT Complete portfolio. Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Sales to create leading-edge products. Your strategic influence and technical acumen will help define products that drive measurable business impact for MSPs and IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define long-term product vision and strategy
• Identify market opportunities through analysis and engagement
• Own complex product initiatives across teams
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications
• Mentor junior Product Managers and champion best practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Product Management
• Proven SaaS product launch and scaling experience
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority
• Bachelor’s in Business or related field
