As a Provider Operations Coordinator at Maple, you will effectively manage the provider support inbox and assist with onboarding new healthcare providers. Your organizational skills and proactive communication will bridge teams within Provider Success, Network Performance, and Process Operations. This internally-focused role is vital to ensuring seamless experiences for our providers while supporting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage provider support inquiries through inbox and Slack

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new providers

• Track quality feedback loops and deliver education

• Provide mass communication support via Hub Spot

• Support KPI monitoring weekly and regulatory scans monthly

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business or health administration

• 1-2 years in a coordinator or operations role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Collaborative approach to team projects
