Tek Staff is seeking a specialist for a 12-month contract role in Toronto. Your expertise in process excellence, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment will support Canadian Banking Operations. You will utilize your consulting background to drive impactful solutions, optimize workflows, and strengthen process controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process mapping and root cause analysis initiatives

• Facilitate workshops aligning stakeholders on solutions

• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities with business leaders

• Support development of business cases and executive reporting

• Manage risks, dependencies, and benefit realization in work streams

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in process excellence or operational improvement

• Banking or financial services experience preferred

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and process mapping tools

• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline
