As Basetwo's Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with the Founding team to forge a product-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone with deep roots in process and chemical engineering who wants to make impactful product decisions. You will define product experiences that simplify complex workflows and closely partner with engineering, science, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the product strategy for the AI-powered platform
• Deeply understand user needs of process, chemical, and manufacturing engineers
• Translate complex engineering workflows into clear product requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to finalize functional requirements
• Analyze product metrics and user data to drive enhancements
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in product management or process engineering
• Hands-on experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing
• Familiarity with simulation workflows such as bioreactor and chromatography
• Experience with tech transfer and process scale-up
• Background in AI applications within B2B environments
