Position: Global Vendor Specialist at Pebl
Make an impactful difference as a Senior Global Vendor Specialist at Pebl in Toronto. Oversee international payroll partnerships across 126 countries while ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.

In this strategic full-time role, you will manage vendor relationships from sourcing to governance within an expansive international network. Your expertise in facilitating Request for Proposals, negotiating complex agreements, and maintaining compliance will be pivotal in enhancing Pebl's operational efficiency. Partnering with regional teams to tailor strategies and driving continuous improvements in vendor performance will also be crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead robust Request for Proposal processes for global partnerships

• Negotiate Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work

• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements consistently

• Develop partner performance scorecards for accountability

• Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen partner relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in global partner management roles

• Proven track record in high-stakes vendor negotiations

• Strong analytical skills for performance data interpretation

• Exceptional communication across diverse cultures

• Familiarity with Airtable or Net Suite is a plus
