This permanent position focuses on enhancing City services through technology and effective resource management. You will analyze and document business processes, and conduct research that reflects best practices and legislative initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service delivery while managing budgets effectively and creating business cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement policies and detailed plans for program requirements
• Document and analyze business processes and requirements
• Evaluate effectiveness of technology solutions and propose alternatives
• Conduct research for integrating emerging technologies
• Prepare reports supporting recommendations for service delivery
Requirements:
• Degree in business, computer science, or related field
• Extensive experience in business analysis and process improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and architecture
• Superior analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
