Registration Regulatory Analyst |(Toronto, Hybrid)

Job Description : Our Client is looking for Registration Regulatory Analyst in Toronto.

Must Have Primary

Skills:
  • Regulatory/Compliance Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in a regulated environment to support registration operations, compliance reporting, KPI tracking, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, registration, or operational risk/compliance.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.
  • Experience supporting audits, quality assurance, and process improvements.
  • Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365.
  • Degree in Business, Public Administration, Political Science, Social Sciences, Operations, or similar.
Nice To Have Secondary

Skills:
  • Knowledge of Ontario regulatory frameworks
  • Consumer protection experience
  • Bilingualism (asset)
Proven Experience In
Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational, tactical, and strategic regulatory analysis to support the Registration Department.
  • Assess department performance against KPIs for response time, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and generate reports on key metrics for senior management.
  • Analyze data on transaction fee remittance and coordinate with relevant departments for audit reviews.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance systems and streamline registration workflows.
  • Collect, prioritize, and disseminate regulatory information/data for operational planning and reporting.
  • Generate proactive and reactive regulatory reports for dissemination to management and staff.
  • Liaise with outside agencies and stay informed of current trends in the regulatory environment.
  • Prepare and present regulatory reports at briefings and legal proceedings as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.

    • Must Have at least 2 years of experience with/in Regulatory Analysis
