In this key position, you’ll drive the Sustainable Investing (SI) strategy for Fiera Real Estate, ensuring effective program implementation and stakeholder engagement. You must bring strong expertise in sustainability and asset management to improve data management, develop climate resilience, and enhance relationships with Indigenous communities. Your leadership will be critical to achieving our long-term sustainability objectives through effective communication with investors and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of Fiera Real Estate’s Sustainable Investing strategy

• Lead ESG data management and improve data quality

• Support decarbonization pathways and climate resilience efforts

• Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels

• Ensure regulatory compliance regarding SI initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of sustainability in Real Estate

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
