Manager of Operational Excellence - Hybrid

Lead the New Business Onboarding initiative at Meridian One Cap as a Manager, Operational Excellence, in a hybrid work environment. Drive operational readiness and service quality across product launches for enhanced customer experiences.

This 12-month contract position requires strategic leadership in onboarding for new programs and products. You will ensure alignment with stakeholders like Sales, Legal, and Finance while supervising workflow design and team performance. Effective governance and continuous improvement are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding for new products, ensuring operational readiness

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define workflows

• Direct daily onboarding operations and issue resolution

• Review post-implementation results and address gaps

• Maintain management metrics and SLA tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in leasing or equipment finance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
