Position: Gusto VC & PE Ecosystem Partnerships Lead
Elevate Gusto’s presence in the VC and PE landscape as the Ecosystem Partnerships Lead. This role focuses on building strategic, scalable partnerships that support startups.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to define and deliver on Gusto's VC & PE partnership strategy. You will foster deep connections within the investor ecosystem, aiming to create meaningful impact and enhance founder engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in shaping the approaches to partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute Gusto’s VC & PE partnership strategy

• Define and curate a strategic partner portfolio

• Develop scalable partnership programs and motions

• Serve as a primary contact for significant ecosystem partners

• Collaborate on programs that drive engagement and visibility
Requirements:

• 10+ years in partnership roles or ecosystem development

• Insight into VC and PE ecosystems and operations

• Ability to manage complex partnerships effectively

• Judicious in deciding partnership investments

• Background in program design and impact assessment
