Track Access Coordinator

Join Alstom's mission as a Track Access Coordinator in Toronto, ON. Your skills will help facilitate essential track access operations and improve the Greater Toronto transit system.

In this full-time role, you will use your coordination expertise to ensure compliance with Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR). Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will manage stakeholder coordination and authorization requirements while tracking safety and operational standards. Your contributions will drive the success of important transit projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book worksites using the Metrolinx Network Access Planning Tool

• Monitor administrative authorizations for work execution

• Handle weekly customer meetings for issue resolution

• Document and address handover snags

• Coordinate daily activities and report progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is required

• 2-3 years of experience in the railway field

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Knowledge of HSE requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
