Key Responsibilities:

• Chair regular meetings with construction leaders across Canada

• Design thought leadership content with Marketing for Brokers

• Innovate and manage the construction practice's value propositions

• Facilitate key business development opportunities

• Provide mentorship to staff on technical knowledge

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field

• Over 10 years of insurance experience in Construction

• Strong strategic leadership capabilities

• Bilingual (English/French) preferred

• Relevant designations like CAIB, CRM, or CIP are preferred
