We are seeking proactive individuals with 1-3 years in operations or consulting for our Business Operations team  will engage with multiple departments, supporting strategic growth initiatives, product operations, and legal negotiations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives

• Build financial models and assist with investor relations

• Facilitate commercial and legal negotiations with partners

• Coordinate project management efforts across teams

• Ensure efficient office operations and support marketing activities

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in operations, finance, or startups

• Analytical skills with SQL and advanced Excel expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communication ability

• Adaptable to diverse tasks in a startup setting

• Familiarity with tools like Notion and Slack
