MOCA Toronto is offering an exciting Exhibition Intern position to support various exhibitions and special projects. You will work under the direction of the Exhibitions Manager and collaborate with other team members to research artists and materials for forthcoming exhibits in 2026. This role will provide insight into exhibition curation, production preparation, and archival tasks, contributing meaningfully to the museum’s projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research exhibiting artists thoroughly

• Assist in organizing exhibition-related documentation

• Support vendor relationships and logistics

• Monitor conditions of loaned artworks

• Help with the physical setup and breakdown of exhibitions

Requirements:

• Graduate from Museum Studies or equivalent

• Familiarity with archival methods and preservation

• Background in exhibition creation

• Strong writing and research skills

• Interest in the contemporary art scene
