Mon. to Fri. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

JOB SUMMARY

This role will perform business analysis to support the ePMO and enterprise projects.

DUTIES
  • Requirements development involving requirements elicitation, elaboration, analysis, specification and validation
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams
  • Business case development and cost benefit analysis
  • Contribute to RFPs, RFQs, RFSs as needed
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between projects
  • Report status to, and follow overall direction from the Project Manager
  • Supporting ePMO leadership with ad-hoc presentation requests and/or project specific requests
  • Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in business analysis and process management with proven ability to lead stakeholders through detailed requirements gathering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, tact, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and ability to prioritize and execute tasks
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications and other business mapping applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
