In this role, you will coordinate key projects, support the Patient and Family Advisory Council, and engage with a variety of stakeholders to enhance patient care. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to compile and analyze valuable data. You will also assist in planning large-scale meetings and fostering collaboration among all involved parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for the TCNRCP and PFAC
• Oversee project planning, monitoring, and evaluation
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders
• Analyze performance metrics for reporting and improvements
• Organize large meetings and engagement sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health or related fields
• Minimum of three years in program coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven track record of relationship building
