This Manager position within the Risk Governance Office entails developing comprehensive risk governance frameworks to facilitate consistency across BMO’s business groups. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders providing insights on governance policies, ensuring implementation of standards, and assessing regulatory risks. Monitoring, reporting, and enhancing governance practices will be part of your contribution to effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks and procedures

• Lead implementation of governance requirements

• Provide guidance and challenge on governance standards

• Analyze governance trends and recommend improvements

• Support regulatory examinations and audits

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in governance, compliance, or audit

• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities

• Demonstrated problem-solving acumen
