Key Responsibilities:

• Draft detailed reinsurance contracts accurately

• Revise documents throughout the reinsurance placement process

• Apply automated tools for streamlined contract management

• Collaborate effectively with broker teams for detailed information

• Provide recommendations on coverage enhancements

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required

• At least 3 years’ experience in a contracts team preferred

• Mastery of Microsoft Word and Office applications

• Ability to quickly build rapport in a virtual workplace

• Understanding of North American contract laws
