In this senior position, you'll analyze, document, and oversee the lifecycle of initiatives while ensuring clear communication. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including knowledge of tools like Confluence and Jira, will be essential. You will also support Product Pod Owners and contribute to Sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and document requirements aligning with business strategies

• Lead facilitation efforts across teams and stakeholders

• Assist Product Pod Owners in program planning activities

• Contribute effectively to Sprint goals and velocity

• Quickly learn client Scaled Agile Framework

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and client Agile frameworks

• Knowledge of Credit Card architecture is advantageous

• Understanding of TS2 as an asset
