Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage payroll compliance frameworks

• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

• Lead internal monitoring and reporting activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll compliance

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is preferred
