Position: Law Clerk for Corporate Governance Support
Join as a Law Clerk specializing in Subsidiary Governance within a hybrid model. Engage with corporate boards and ensure effective governance documentation and processes.

In this role, you will join the Corporate Secretary's Department, contributing to the governance of Canadian subsidiary boards. With a minimum of four years' experience, you will skillfully draft important documents and maintain crucial records. Expect to thrive in a collaboration-focused, fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Canadian subsidiary boards and corporate governance processes

• Draft and maintain governance documents: minutes and resolutions

• Ensure accurate minute books and corporate record maintenance

• Collaborate with business partners on signing authorizations

• Coordinate Board meetings and planning sessions

Requirements:

• Post secondary degree coupled with 4+ years of relevant experience

• Demonstrable experience in corporate governance

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities

• Ability to obtain Reliability Clearance based on residency
