This full-time, temporary role invites passionate individuals to assist TCHC's dedication to safety. With a strong foundation in health and safety principles, you will guide organizational compliance, engaging staff in health and safety initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach in overseeing training and safety inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert on OHS policies
• Track and support compliance with safety programs
• Coordinate monthly health and safety committee meetings
• Monitor local safety metrics and maintain databases
• Assist in workplace inspections and safety audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety
• Relevant post-secondary qualification required
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
