Position: Manager, Strategic Initiatives at Canadian Blood Services
Elevate diversity and inclusion at Canadian Blood Services as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 40% on-site presence in either Ottawa or Toronto.

You'll be responsible for transforming commitments into actionable outcomes through effective project management and collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify risks and opportunities for proactive decision-making

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field

• Minimum 7 years in strategy or HR roles

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Demonstrated capacity to lead initiatives independently

• Professional certifications in HR or inclusion are beneficial
