Business Analyst Co-op

Position: 8-12 Month Business Analyst Co-op
Take part in RBC's Business Support Co-op for 8-12 months, focusing on enhancing operations through analysis and collaborative documentation efforts.

RBC invites students dedicated to Business Technology Management or similar fields to apply for multiple analyst roles within Technology & Operations. Your responsibilities will include gathering stakeholder requirements, supporting process documentation, and assisting in technology projects. This role provides a platform to showcase your leadership and analytical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve software requirements issues

• Document stakeholder needs for business solutions

• Maintain detailed project management schedules

• Collaborate to ensure accurate IT project data

• Support in creating training and user materials

Requirements:

• Actively pursuing a degree in a relevant field

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Experience with MS Office applications

• Knowledge of business analysis principles

• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
