Job Description What will you work on?The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside our Brand Team to provide foundational administrative, logistical, and operational support, ensuring that all brand-related projects are executed efficiently and within established deadlines.
How will you create impact? Brand Operations Lifecycle Support- System Maintenance Data Entry:
Assist with the day-to-day administration of internal brand databases by executing timely updates to PLW, facilitating new item setups, and maintaining VLP VLL trackers to ensure team data integrity. - Asset Photography Logistics:
Provide hands-on coordination for brand asset creation, including organizing product samples for photography, preparing shot lists, and supporting on-site shoot logistics. - Milestone Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of major brand events (such as Sales Summits and LATF) by tracking team deliverables, assembling run sheets, and preparing physical presentation materials. - International Coordination:
Help facilitate communication and distribute brand assets, updates, and materials to international market partners under the guidance of Brand Managers.
- Information Gathering Reporting:
Assist in compiling retail data, tracking online consumer ratings/reviews, and gathering research for trend and competitive analysis reports to support strategic decision-making. - Forecasting Reporting Assistance:
Support the brand team with basic tracking of the "Top 5" product forecasts, ensuring data is organized and easily accessible for commercial reviews. - Sample Order Tracking:
Manage the physical sample inventory, coordinate sample shipments, and monitor order tracking spreadsheets to ensure teams have necessary product assets for key milestones. - Meeting Administration:
Coordinate weekly team alignments by scheduling meetings, consolidating status updates, taking detailed meeting notes, and tracking action items.
- 0-2 years of consumer product marketing, internship, or administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced, product-oriented industry (toy, entertainment, fashion, or pop culture).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a fast learner of new internal database systems.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $65,000 to $70,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
