As a Consulting Analyst Intern, you will support experienced consultants and learn to tackle complex human capital challenges. This internship is aimed at students either pursuing or who recently graduated with a degree in relevant fields such as Business or Economics. Interns will refine their analytical skills while delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the analysis of client compensation strategies
• Conduct research to enhance effectiveness
• Assist in compensation program development
• Analyze compensation data for insights
• Prepare presentations for client engagement
Requirements:
• Enrolled or recently graduated with a relevant degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication abilities
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Full-time availability from May 2027
