Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational coordination across policy projects

• Directly oversee and develop Policy Analysts' skills

• Execute policy project initiatives and manage recommendations

• Liaise with committees and external stakeholders for alignment

• Conduct research on regulatory frameworks impacting land access

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• 5-10 years relevant experience in policy analysis

• Proven expertise in regulatory processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
