Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff

• Ensure compliance with collective agreements and payroll regulations

• Manage payroll reconciliations and collaborate with Finance

• Coach and support team members for accuracy and accountability

• Lead initiatives for payroll system improvements and integrations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of payroll management experience

• Proven success in multi-entity organizations

• Experience with payroll system improvement and integration

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
