Position: Director Global Print Operations at Scotiabank
Oversee Scotiabank’s global print operations strategy in Toronto, Ontario. Ensure cost-effective and standardized print services organization-wide.

As Director of Global Managed Print Services, you will lead the enterprise-wide strategy and governance for all print operations.

Your role includes managing complex vendor relationships and driving operational excellence across regions, with a focus on simplifying and optimizing the print environment. With 8–10+ years of related experience, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to promote innovation and improve employee experiences through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage global print services standards and policies

• Drive operational efficiencies across the print estate

• Establish frameworks for vendor performance and accountability

• Lead operational support and refresh activities

• Monitor and report on service-related KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT

• 8–10+ years of experience in technology operations

• Expertise in service delivery and lifecycle management

• Strong leadership in diverse enterprise settings

• Proven ability in financial and risk management
