About the Role
Clutch is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. You will drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business, working closely with the VP of Strategy & Business Operations and executive leadership. This role requires a self‑motivated, analytical, and hands‑on operator who can navigate complex, ambiguous challenges while driving measurable business impact.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Drive the operating rhythm of the business, including preparing presentations for executive, board, and internal meetings, and managing organizational communication
- Leverage data to generate insights and support strategic recommendations; build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and performance
- Build consensus among leadership across Operations, Marketing, Revenue, Supply, and Product to push forward strategic initiatives
- Execute special projects including new product launches, margin expansion, and operational optimization
- Forecast and plan company-wide objectives, analyze strategic rationale, and assess P&L impact of business initiatives
- 2+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development, or 3+ years in a high‑growth technology company in Biz Ops, Strategic Finance, or Strategy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Willing to work on‑site at our downtown Toronto headquarters (60 Adelaide St.
E); remote candidates will not be considered - Execution‑driven attitude and willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams and levels
- Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced, operationally intensive environments
- Strong attention to detail and consistent high‑quality output
- Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating an evolving business environment
- Experience or interest in auto and/or consumer financing (learn‑on‑the‑job opportunities available)

- Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000 annually plus stock options
