Tiger Analytics seeks experienced analysts to enhance New Product Setup work streams within Appian. This position involves collaborating with business partners, product owners, and process owners to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a key role in improving processes and evaluating the current-state operations to ensure scalability and consistency in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support future-state process design for NPS within Appian

• Identify and eliminate inefficient process steps

• Drive field rationalization and governance improvements

• Develop recommendations for process standardization

• Collaborate with stakeholders to discover improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• Over 5 years in business process improvement roles

• Experience with multi-ERP process standardization

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong analytical and communication skills
