Enterprise Digital Asset Custody Manager

As the Programme Manager for Digital Asset Custody, you will guide initiatives through Phases 2 and 3. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years in financial services, demonstrating expertise in complex project management, governance frameworks, and stakeholder relationships. You'll play a crucial role in aligning various business lines with RBC's goals while driving operational standards and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end programme delivery across custody platforms
• Coordinate cross-enabler dependencies and governance
• Manage stakeholder alignment and communication across teams
• Develop business cases and manage resource allocation
• Ensure compliance and risk management in all implementations
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in financial services management
• Proven expertise in programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with technology and operational transformations
• Strong communication skills for executive reporting
• Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
