Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational readiness for new and existing services
• Collaborate on service transition and lifecycle management
• Create scalable processes and governance frameworks
• Promote continuous improvement across service delivery
• Analyze KPIs to drive operational strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related areas
• 7-10 years in Service Delivery or Operations
• Experience in operationalizing solutions
• Strong analytical and process design skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
